Lessee will have exclusive rights during these two seasons. If the lessee needs to set cameras or stands, they will have to contact the landowner to get permission.
Landowner reserves the right to bird hunt the property. He will coordinate with lessee during the season. Absolutely, no waterfowl or upland game hunting on this property. Lease will void if hunter's don't obey this rule set by the landowner.
ATV's can be used for hunting purposes only, no trail riding. Respect to crops is a must. No cattle or Trapping. Camping will be available with hook-ups during your hunt.
